The Design Process on every project starts by investigating our clients' wider business goals to develop a deeper understanding of our client's brand, vision and ethos.
We use proven research tools to understand your organsiation and coupled with our understanding of your building, an Accommodation Design Brief is agreed. The process then flows through defined stages where we produce material (CAD drawings, hand drawn sketches, photo-realistic images etc.) to describe our proposals and bring our ideas to life.
This is then translated into detailed architectural drawings and specifications for use in the construction phase.

The Space Planning Process runs ‘hand in hand’ with the Design Process. First, we listen, then provide logical solutions to organisational issues. You will be allocated an experienced, dedicated Manager who will coordinate the whole moving process. This logistical exercise ensures that your organisation experiences minimal disruption. Whether Relocating to to new premises or Reorganising your existing space, a Move Management Strategy Plan is developed involving furniture, filing, technology and, of course, people. All coming together to ensure that your business ‘hits the ground running’ on day-one in your new environment.

LOCAL AUTHORITY LIAISON, including LANDLORD APPROVALS, PLANNING APPROVAL , BUILDING CONTROL APPROVAL

Most changes to your working environment will need formal approval from various governing bodies. Ranging from Local Authority Planning and Building Regulations to Landlord Approvals to Health and Safety Requirements, we will guide you through the process.
